The Emilia-Romagna Region has published the Call for Proposals to support the Digital Transition of Enterprises in 2025<\/strong>, with a total budget of 25 million euros<\/strong>. The aim is to support companies in the digitisation process, improving efficiency, productivity and security in business processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who can participate??<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call is addressed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Emilia-Romagna, registered with the Companies Register or REA. Enterprises in the primary production of agricultural products, fisheries and aquaculture are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Characteristics of the contribution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Grant of 40% of eligible expenditure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Maximum amount eligible for financing: \u20ac90,000<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Minimum expenditure required: 20,000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Companies will be eligible for funding to adopt advanced digital technologies, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): predictive analytics, automation, machine learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation and Industry 5.0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Big Data and IoT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Software development, digital platforms and e-commerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Eeligible expenditure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The call covers different types of expenditure, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\ud83d\udd39 Software licenses and cloud solutions
    \u00a0\ud83d\udd39 Software customization and website creation
    \u00a0\ud83d\udd39 Specialist consultancy for digitisation
    \u00a0\ud83d\udd39 Small project-related building work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Applications submitted from 15 April 2025 to 28 April 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Completion of projects by 31 March 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
